Our Goals

Empowering Youth and Women for a Just and Inclusive Nepal

Goals

We believe that awareness leads to action. Through community-based programs and campaigns, we address critical issues like:

  • Climate Action – Encouraging sustainable practices, environmental education, and youth-led eco-initiatives.
  • Anti-Drug Awareness – Promoting a healthy lifestyle and educating communities about the dangers of drug abuse.
  • Mental Health and Wellbeing – Creating open spaces for conversation and healing, especially among young people and women.

1. Empower Youth to Lead

2. Uplift Women Through Opportunities and Equality

3. Raise Awareness, Spark Action

4. Foster Inclusive and Resilient Communities
We work to build communities that are informed, inclusive, and resilient—places where every individual feels a sense of belonging and responsibility to one another and to the planet.

5. Collaborate for Greater Impact
Change doesn't happen in isolation. We actively partner with local leaders, schools, NGOs, and government bodies to make sure our work is meaningful, scalable, and deeply rooted in the communities we serve.

At Saral Nepal, our journey is guided by compassion, action, and the belief that even the simplest step—when taken together—can lead to powerful change.

Objectives

At Saral Nepal, our objectives serve as practical steps that guide us toward achieving our broader goals. They help us stay focused, measurable, and impactful while keeping people at the heart of everything we do.

  • Facilitate community-based development programs with active local participation.
  • Address social inequalities by engaging diverse groups including Dalit, Indigenous, LGBTQ+, and differently-abled communities.
  • Create community support groups and youth/women clubs that serve as change agents at the grassroots level.

5. To Strengthen Education, Awareness, and Lifelong Learning

  • Support access to quality education, especially for girls and underprivileged children.
  • Run informal education and awareness sessions on health, hygiene, civic responsibility, and environmental protection.

  • Facilitate knowledge sharing, joint advocacy, and collaborative campaigns.
  • Mobilize national and international resources to scale successful community-based models.

7. To Monitor, Learn, and Adapt

  • Continuously assess the impact of our programs through community feedback and data.
  • Use learnings to improve our strategies, ensure inclusiveness, and maximize long-term impact.
  • Stay responsive to emerging issues—climate disasters, mental health crises, youth unemployment, etc.

Vision

At Saral Nepal, we envision a just, inclusive, and empowered Nepal where youth and women are leaders of change, communities are resilient, and every individual—regardless of gender, caste, or background—has the opportunity to live with dignity, purpose, and hope.

We dream of a Nepal where:

  • Young people are confident, capable, and actively shaping their future.
  • Women are independent, respected, and fully participating in every aspect of life—socially, economically, and politically.
  • Communities are informed, compassionate, and united in action for climate justice, equality, and peace.
  • Social challenges like drug abuse, gender-based violence, and mental health stigma are openly addressed—and replaced with awareness, support, and healing.
