Online Public Speaking Rhetoric – Season One stands as a dynamic initiative crafted to elevate the communication and leadership potential of young individuals and emerging professionals across Nepal. Organized by Saral Nepal and powered by LCI District 325R, Cluster 3, this pioneering season brings together participants from diverse backgrounds to strengthen one of the most essential 21st-century skills: the art of powerful, confident, and influential expression.

Season One emphasizes practical learning through interactive sessions, expert mentorship, and real-time speaking challenges. Participants are immersed in the core principles of rhetoric—clarity, persuasion, structure, vocal delivery, and audience engagement—equipping them with the confidence to speak with purpose on digital and physical platforms.

पालना गर्नुपर्ने नियमहरू

राष्ट्रिय स्तरको अन्लाईन वक्तित्वकला प्रतियोगिता `Public Speaking Rhetoric´ पहिलो चरणको आधिकारिक सुचना प्रकाशित भएको छ।
`अबको नेपालमा GEN-Z को भुमिका´ भन्ने विषयमा भिडियो बनाउनु पर्नेछ ।
यस प्रतियोगिता २ चरण सम्म सञ्चालन हुने छ। पहिलो चरणमा उत्कृष्ट २० प्रतिस्पर्धीहरू छनोट हुनेछन्। भिडियो २०८२/०९/१० गते सम्म पठाइसक्नु पर्नेछ।
  • नाम दर्ता गर्नको लागि र भिडियो हाल्नको लागि यस गुगल फर्म क्लिक गर्नुहोस्।
  • प्रथम, द्वितीय र तृतीय पुरस्कार यस प्रकार रहेको छ।

प्रथम पुरस्कार

रकम रु ३०,००० तीस हजार रूपैयाँ, ट्रफी, मेडल र सम्मान पत्र।

द्वितीय पुरस्कार

रकम रु २०,००० बीस हजार रूपैयाँ, ट्रफी,मेडल र सम्मान पत्र।

तृतीय पुरस्कार

रकम रु १०,००० दस हजार रूपैयाँ, ट्रफी, मेडल र सम्मान पत्र।
 

प्रतियोगिताको नियम यसप्रकार रहेको छ साथै भिडियो बनाउदा ध्यान दिनु पर्ने कुराहरु 

१. भिडियो (Land Scape) मा हुनु पर्ने छ र भिडियो गुणस्तर: न्यूनतम (720p) बनाउनु पर्ने छ र भिडियोको समय ३ मिनेटको हुनुपर्नेछ ।
२. भिडियो पठाउँदा गूगल लिंकमा प्रदान गरिएको फर्म भरि पठाउनु पर्ने छ ।
३. भिडियो बनाउँदा अनिवार्य नेपाली भाषाको प्रयोग गर्नु पर्नेछ ।
४. प्रतियोगितामा १५–२९ वर्ष उमेर समुहका व्यक्तिहरु सहभागी हुन सक्नुहुनेछ।
५. प्रतिस्पर्धीले अनिवार्य रुपमा आफ्नो वास्तविक नाम, ठेगाना र सम्पर्क नम्बर उल्लेख गर्नुपर्नेछ।
६. प्रत्येक सहभागीले आयोजक संस्थाद्वारा तोकिएको समयसीमा भित्र भिडियो पठाउनुपर्नेछ।
 दोश्रो चरण:
दोश्रो चरण: यस चरणमा आयोजकले पहिलो चरणमा उत्कृष्ट २० सहभागीलाइ छुट्टै भिडियो बनाउनका लागि विषयवस्तु प्रदान गर्नेछ र सहभागीले तोकिए अनुसारको ३ मिनेटको भिडियो बनाइ आयोजकलाई पठाउनु पर्नेछ। सहभागीहरुले आयोजकको आधिकारिक फेसबुक पेजमा सार्वजनिक भएको भिडियोलाइ नै सेयर गर्नुपर्नेछ। अन्य माध्यमबाट सेयर गरिएको भिडियोलाइ मुल्याङ्कनको आधार मानिने छैन।
८. दोश्रो चरणको मुल्यांकनको आधार:
-भिडियोले सामाजिक संजालमा प्राप्त गरेको लोकप्रीयताको मुल्याङ्कन-५०%
-निर्णायक मण्डलको निर्णय अनुसारको मुल्याङ्कन- ५०%
माथिको मुल्याङ्कनको आधारमा उत्कृष्ट ३ सहभागीहरु छनोट गरिनेछ ।
९. तेस्रो चरण : यस चरणमा उत्कृष्ट छनोट हुनुभएका ३ प्रतिस्पर्धीहरुको नाम सार्वजनिक गरिनेछ एवंम छनोट हुनुभायेकहरुलाई कार्यक्रमको औपचारिक समापन समारोहमा बोलाई पुरस्कृत गरिनेछ।
१०. भिडियोमा कुनै पनि अर्थमा अश्लील, घृणा फैलाउने, जातीय/धार्मिक रुपमा द्वेष सृजना गर्ने प्रवृत्तिको भएमा स्विकार गरिने छैन।
११. कसैको कुनैपनी संवेदनशील पक्षलाइ आघात पुग्ने किसिमका अभिव्यक्तिहरुलाइ कडाइका साथ निषेध गरिनेछ।
